Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST ship the same day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Free U.S. Ground Shipping on orders $100+
Free 2nd day air shipping on all orders $200+
We offer shipping through UPS and FedEx, with service options including Ground, Expedited, 2-Day Air, and Overnight. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected delivery speed. Complimentary shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in sealed, tamper-evident packaging to ensure product integrity. Packages are fully discreet, with no product names or branding visible on the exterior.

MonsterSR is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is accurate prior to placing an order.
