Shipping Information
Processing Time
All orders placed before 3:00 PM PST will be shipped out the same day Monday-Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days — Free on orders over $100
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping availability is being evaluated and will be announced when available.
Packaging
All products are shipped in sealed, tamper-evident containers inside discreet outer packaging. No product names or descriptions appear on the outside of the package. Temperature-appropriate shipping methods are used when necessary to maintain product integrity.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided via email for every order. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that the purchase, possession, and use of research compounds complies with all applicable regulations in their jurisdiction. SR17 does not guarantee the legality of any product in every region and assumes no responsibility for regulatory compliance outside of its own operations.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds and for safety and integrity reasons, all sales are final once the product has been shipped. Unopened and undamaged products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery — please contact our support team for assistance. Contact us.
